Prices vary according to the season, subject to our standard terms and conditions, available below.
Low season
from 128 to 150 euros per night
The price is per night for the whole house, for 4 people. A minimum of 3 nights applies.
Additional person: 35 euros per night
From 15 September to 15 April (excluding public holidays and school holidays)
Spring season
from 150 to 170 euros per night
The price is per night for the whole house, for 4 people. A minimum of 3 nights applies.
Additional person: 35 euros per night
From 15 April to 15 June
High season
from 250 to 270 euros per night
The price is per night for the whole house, for 4 people. A minimum of 3 nights applies.
Additional person: 35 euros per night
Applicable from 15 June to 15 September
Holidays & bank holidays
from 170 to 200 euros per night
The price is per night for the whole house, for 4 people. A minimum of 3 nights applies.

Bookings
Direct booking is possible for previous guests. Otherwise, please visit airbnb or abritel to book.
Booking confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed subject to an official identity check.
Tourist tax
An additional tourist tax of 5% (+ 10% additional tax) per person per night will be levied on behalf of the town.
Housekeeping package
An additional cleaning charge of €95/150 per week of stay (depending on the number of people)
Terms of payment
50% on confirmation and the remaining 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund thereafter.
Security deposit
A deposit of between €500 and €1000 is required, depending on the length of the stay and the number of people booked.
